The Department of Physics of Ultra High Frequencies is one
of the oldest Departments at Radiophysical School in Kharkov National University. On the
2-nd of January 2002 the Department was celebrated the 50th-Jubilee. The Department
investigates the problems of excitation, transformation and propagation of radiowaves,
some problems of radiolocation, problems of exciting equipment design in wide frequency
range, problems of microstrip elements, problems of medical and biological equipment;
